Full-time Sales Representative Food Sector (M/F/X)

Sellyd, a specialized company in commercial development and representation within the food sector, is looking for a dedicated and dynamic professional for our commercial field service.
As a key figure in our growing team, you will play a central role in managing and following up on customer accounts while contributing to the further expansion of our services. You will maintain strong customer relationships and help elevate our services to the next level.

What you'll be doing

As a Full-time Sales Representative at Sellyd, you are the face of various companies to all potential prospects. You will be responsible for:

  • Visiting distributors and key accounts to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Actively prospecting for new clients and market opportunities.
  • Presenting products and negotiating terms with customers.
  • Tracking sales objectives and reporting results to management.
  • Taking initiative to develop solutions with customers that help them grow.

Who you are

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role as an account manager or sales representative, preferably in the food sector.
  • Mindset: Hunter mentality with a passion for sales and food.
  • Characteristics: Dynamic, independent, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Driver’s License: A valid category B driving license.
  • Education: Minimum bachelor's degree with a strong focus on sales and/or food.
  • Language: Good knowledge of Dutch and French is essential; any additional language could create future opportunities.
