As a key member of our growing team, you will play a central role in managing and following up on our client files, helping to take our services to the next level.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and following up customer files with an eye for detail and efficiency.
  • Supporting the team in maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of projects, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in our processes and systems to increase customer satisfaction

Who you are

  • A proactive professional with experience in a commercial office role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong in organization and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player who can also work independently and takes initiative.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
